Where are my tickets?
After purchasing you should have received a confirmation email with your tickets from Esther's Follies. If not please make sure your purchase was successful. For any questions please contact our Box Office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What time do I need to be there?
Our lobby is open at 7 PM for 8 PM performances and at 9:20 PM for 10 PM performances. Pre-show begins 15 minutes before showtimes. You should aim to arrive at least 20 minutes before showtime. However, to allow yourself ample time to grab a drink or food before the show we suggest arriving 40 minutes before the show.
How does reserved seating work?
All seats are reserved and allocated on your ticket. You'll just need to check in with the box office upon arrival, so please have your ticket or email confirmation out and ready. From there our ushers will show you to your seats.
What is your refund policy?
We will issue you a full or partial refund for tickets as long as it is the day before showtime. If you need to cancel the day of the show, we will credit your account for use to future performances.
Where do I park?
Are you a full bar?
Yes! There is also a taqueria attached to the courtyard where you can purchase food. Food and drinks are allowed inside the theatre, but the only tables are located in the lobby or in the courtyard. Be sure to arrive early enough to make your food or beverage purchases before the show.
