Where are my tickets?
After purchasing you should have received a confirmation email with your tickets from Esther's Follies. If not please make sure your purchase was successful. For any questions please contact our Box Office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What time do I need to be there?
If you purchased reserved tickets--either tier 1 or tier 2--you should aim to arrive 20 minutes before showtime. If you purchased general admission tickets, your seats are first come first serve. The earlier you show up, the more seats you will have to choose from! The house will open at 7pm for the 8pm and remain open for the 10pm show. We recommend showing up forty minutes before showtime.
How does reserved seating work?
When you purchase either tier 1 or tier 2 tickets, you buy seats somewhere within that section. You will not receive a specific seat number. You can see our seating chart on our ticketing page. If you have any requests you should enter them during the checkout process. We draw up a seating chart the night of the show based on your requests and on who purchased tickets first.
What is your refund policy?
We will issue you a full or partial refund for tickets as long as it is the day before showtime. If you need to cancel the day of the show, we will put your tickets on a reschedule list for you to use in the future.
Where do I park?
Are you a full bar?
Yes! There is also a taqueria attached to the courtyard you can purchase food from. Food and drinks are allowed inside the theatre, but the only tables are located in the lobby or in the courtyard.
